My relationship with food is awful had cancer scare and faint randomly so losing this 5 kilos. Regaining as muscle. Im light. Too light. My ideal weight 6 10 stone as im very small framed. FAT doesnt do well on my body abnormal cells were fiund both times id extra weight and i started fainting. I have syncope. Gotten worse since i gained. It's only since gaining weight fainting started getting worse. Have low oxygen level. Anytime people ask if foods nice ill never eat that again as id binge eating disorder and was overweight to the point id osteoarthritis.
